FAMILY COMMISSION REPORT

As usual in the Pastoral centre the commission for family of our diocese in the month of July prepared 78 persons both men and women prior to their marriage. On the 5th and 6th, and 19th and 20th of July they were given talks on eight important life oriented topics by several experienced persons. They were also given medical guidance. The participants enjoyed all the sessions and cooperated well. Finally they are all given certificates. Thanks to all the Parish priests of our diocese who are taking initiatives in sending their parishioners for the marriage preparation course.

In the month of August we have the Preparation course on 2nd, 3rd and 16th ,17th [first and third FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS].

Also in the month of July some 14 persons registered their names with their photos in our ARUL THENDRAL MARRIAGE BUREAU and 14 persons were given information about suitable bride or bridegroom. 

Our office opens from 9am to 4.30pm every day except on Sundays. Kindly inform your parishioners about our ARUL THENDRAL MARRIAGE BUREAU.
