The CBCI National Centres get new Directors

The Standing Committee of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of India has appointed new Directors for the CBCI National Centres in view of the expiry of term of offices of the present Directors.

Fr. Gratian Carlo, SJ, of the Karnataka Province is appointed Director of National Vocation Service Centre (NVSC), Pune, with effect from 1st May, 2014 as the term of office of the present Director Fr. Joe Mathias, SJ, expired on 30th April, 2014.

Fr. Sagaya John of the Diocese of Palayamkottai is appointed Director of National Biblical, Catechetical and Liturgical Centre (NBCLC), Bangalore, with effect from 1st July, 2014 as the term of office of the present Director, Fr. Cleophas Dominic Fernandes, will expire on 30th June, 2014.

Fr. Paul V. Parathazham of the Diocese of Kothamangalam is appointed Director of St. John’s National Academy of Health Sciences, Bangalore, with effect from 1st September, 2014 as the term of office of the present Director, Fr. Lawrence D’Souza, will expire on 31st August, 2014.

Fr. Pradeep Kumar Samad of the Diocese of Rourkela is appointed Associate Director of St. John’s Medical College Hospital with effect from 1st June, 2014 in the place of Fr. H. Immanuel Raj, whose term of office will expire on 31st May, 2014.

Fr. Duming Dias of the Diocese of Shimoga is appointed Associate Director of St. John’s Medical College, Bangalore, with effect from 1st June, 2014 in the place of Fr. Mathew Kattiyangal, whose term of office expired on 28th February, 2014.
