• All Priests, having F.C Project transactions are requested to submit the bills vouchers and account statements for the F.C. amount received so far for the respective projects. 
• Those who have received allocations for specific purposes in the parishes are requested to submit the accounts along with Bills and Vouchers arranged date wise. 
• All Priests and Commission Secretaries are requested to submit their quarterly account ending with 31st March 2015 before 15th of April 2015. 
• Kindly remit all the Special Collections and Parish Contributions of the financial year, starting with 1st April 2014 and ending with 31st March 2015. 
• This Quarterly Collections are, For : January - Diocesan Maintenance Fund. February - Holy Childhood Collection. March - Holy See Maintenance Collection.
